Shipping Policy

UK POSTAGE ONLY

Free delivery applies to baskets with a value of £65+ to UK addresses

Orders between £0.01 and £64.99 will be charged at £3.95 for shipping.


Please allow up to 5 working days from the time the order is placed (weekends and bank holidays not included). However, it is likely that you will receive your order before this.

A signature may be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature may be required for orders by a person aged 18 or over. 

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail or other courier. 

Delivery will be made to the address specified on the completed order. 

 

Our company policy is to despatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.

Requested safe spaces:

If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour and this goes missing, we will not be responsible for lost items.
 


Return & Refund Policy​

We have a 30-day return policy, which means if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals packaging.

Authorisation for the return must be gained. A request must be made via contact form or email. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return information where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the wrong product was delivered, or the item is faulty.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of your invoice.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.

Damages and issues:

Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. We will organise collection of the product. A replacement item will be sent at no extra charge. If the product can not be replaced a refund will be given once the faulty item has been received to us.

Please note we do not allow returns on our sales items or clearance items unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.


Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
