We offer free delivery on all orders over £65+ to UK addresses. Any orders amounting to below £64.99 are charged at £3.95 for standard delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days from the time the order is placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for standard delivery. However, it is likely that you will receive your order before this time. Express Fully Tracked 24hr delivery is available from £4.95 on orders placed before 10am.

We currently accept online payment by credit/debit card, as well as Google pay and Apple pay.

Standard hair foil has no texture as it is completely smooth. Embossed foil has a texture that gives better grip, preventing the foil from slipping during application.

We are paperless, all invoices are stored digitally for your convenience. You can find your invoice in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and checking your order history.

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in the UK, but in the future plan to offer the Hey Foil range across Europe.

You can complete an order as a guest without creating an account. However, when you create an account, you can access all of your past orders in the website and you don’t need to type out all the details every time you order, it makes ordering much quicker.

Yes. The packaging and foil is 100% recyclable. To recycle simply crush the foil into a ball shape – the bigger the better as it will make the product easier to recycle. The great news is that aluminium foil is endlessly recyclable.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days from the day we receive your return.

To return a purchase, first contact us via email at info@heyfoil.co.uk or the main contact form - Including your order details and reason for return. Please do not send any items back before confirmation is received and the cost for postage for all returns is the responsibility of the customer.
